Senator Kookesh, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Transportation Committee Substitute offered on page 448. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 59(TRA) was adopted. Senator Dyson offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, lines 9 - 15: Delete all material and insert: "(A) within a municipality that has passed an ordinance allowing for the operation of low- speed vehicles as provided for in this subparagraph; or" Senator Dyson moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 59(TRA) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 59(TRA) am "An Act relating to the operation of low-speed vehicles" pass the Senate?"
